Veteran actress Jamuna has bagged Mahanati Savitri National Award for the year 2010.
Commissioned by the Committee Dasari Birthday Celebrations(DBCC), the award carries a memento and cash award of Rs. 2lakhs. It will be presented to the actress on May 4.
Ala Modalaindi Nandini Reddy fame has bagged Best Debut Director Award. She will receive a cash prize and memento Rs. 1lakh. P. Sarath Kumar and Kumara Swamy, and will be honored with Best Film and Best Journalist Award Still Photographer Award respectively.
DBCC President Tammareddy Bharadwaj awards announced in the press meet on Monday. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao, N.Shankar, Sagar, Ram Prasad and Kasi Vishwanath attended the press meet.
