Mega Super Good films acquired the remakerights. The film will go to harvest soon. The heroine is not yet confirmed.
Tanu Manu Weds revolves around Manu(Madhavan), a serious NRI doctor in London who comes looking for a bride in India and falls in love with a small town girl sozzled, Tanu (Kangna), wholives with her family in Kanpur. But there is a snag.Tanu loves goonda from Lucknow and Manuthreatens serious consequences if it does notrefuse to marry her. What happens next forms the rest of the film.
