Sometimes You Can Judge A Book By Its Cover

It’s summertime…time to give your brain a rest and pick up a trashy book. Hey, now...Crime and Punishment is my ultimate fave, but a frothy beach read it is not.

I enjoy chick lit, and I’m not embarrassed to admit it. So if you’re searching for light entertainment, here are some excellent picks:

Talking to Addison - Jenny Colgan
Amanda's Wedding - Jenny Colgan
Stupid and Contagious – Caprice Crane
Obsession, Deceit and Really Dark Chocolate - Kyra Davis
Passion, Betrayal and Killer Highlights - Kyra Davis
Sex, Murder and a Double Latte - Kyra Davis*
Love The One You’re With – Emily Giffin
Baby Proof – Emily Giffin
Something Blue – Emily Giffin
Something Borrowed – Emily Giffin*
Jemima J: A Novel About Ugly Ducklings and Swans - Jane Green
Passport Diaries: A Novel - by Tamara Gregory
The Givenchy Code - Julie Kenner*
Can You Keep a Secret – Sophie Kinsella
The Bachelorette Party - Karen McCullah Lutz
Why Girls Are Weird: A Novel - Pamela Ribon
The Pact – Jennifer Sturman*
Good in Bed - Jennifer Weiner
Animal Husbandry - by Laura Zigman

And if you wanna laugh your ass off:
Yeah, I Said It – Wanda Sykes

For more suggestions and reviews, do like I do and head over to Candy Covered Books.
