Sathya Sai Baba : A divine legend

I admire Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba for their selfless work and contribution to the welfare of people through drinking water for rural population, free health care for the rural poor, and free higher education. Major factors in the development of human resources are based on educaţie value and quality of care. In addition, the requirement of infrastructure, such as the availability of drinking water is an essential need of human resource. While the government is actively engaged in providing these resources for citizens, Baba was sensitive to these basic needs of India's population, particularly those living in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, for more than four decades.
With this in mind, they created a vast infrastructure to deliver value based on the quality of education for children from primary to university level, based super specialty hospitals in rural areas - in 1991 when there was no such business of hospitals in the regions, the interior - and worked on a project to provide potable drinking water safe for the residents of Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh. I would like to discuss the unique characteristics of these institutions.

Value-based education  :The best part of a young man is his childhood in school and spent the best time is 8 am to 4 pm each day at school. This applies to all children aged five to 20 living in both urban and rural areas. Baba aware of the problems of the rural poor, and became the point that education is completely free in all schools and colleges established by the Sathya Sai Trust.
Interestingly, the Sathya Sai educational institutions cater equally to the development of the mind, heart and body. This can be achieved through integrated education, which sets equal emphasis on keeping the body healthy, active and sharp mind and a pure heart. Baba, as Chancellor of the institute, he spends a lot of time with students to groom them ideal citizens.
Sri Sathya Sai Baba says: "Students are the foundation of the nation, only the wealth, which I appreciate Students are everything to me;  All my property is made up of students and offered to them." He also says, "The end of education is character and the end of knowledge is love." This is the reason why the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of higher learning character building emphasizes how important element of education, with the exception of the acquisition of academic excellence.
Nobles character comes out of humility, generosity, compassion, helpfulness and respect for moral values. One thread that runs through all the activities of the institute, curriculum, co curricular and extracurricular activities is that education is for life, not for ordinary life. Experience shows that leading organizations and companies in the country absorb Sai students. It is claimed that the students just hired to lead a quiet change in work ethic and team spirit to enter, as well as the value approach to all aspects of organizational activity.
Water Mission :In 1994, Baba has established moved to the difficulty of the Rayalaseema region's inhabitants in obtaining drinking water and suggested that the century-old problem require urgent attention. In 1995 a new dimension to its mission of public trust, to take action in order to create a good and safe drinking water to as many people Anantapur district in the shortest possible time, whatever the difficulties and costs.
Tapping groundwater has been recognized as one of the options, but this was ruled out because of problems with fluoride. It was decided to use rainwater for drawing water during the monsoon and stored in special containers or retrieved from the river beds.
Most water sources in Anantapur district, northern and mountain terrain to the south beheaded. Therefore, bringing water to the southern region needs to create a large number of pumping stations to pump water against gravity. This required extensive work and civil engineering. Despite all the difficulties, the water was made available in the Anantapur district of 18 months. After  a year of regular use, the entire water and sewage systems was transferred to the human condition as a gift. The program  covers 750 villages and provide water to over one million people.
India needs thousands of such organizations to provide cost effective potable drinking water to billions of people scattered in different parts of the country.
Healthcare : In 1980, a significant number of super specialty hospitals, the company was created in our cities. However, due to the market, they can only satisfy the needs of urban rich. There was a big difference in the availability of Medicare rich and poor, between rural and urban populations. With this in mind, Baba declared on 23 November 1990, there will be a world-class hospital in Puttaparthi in the area during the year and will offer free treatment to all who come there, especially the poor.
This hospital was inaugurated on 22 November 1991. After the inauguration, a super specialty hospital conducted a number of major heart surgery and catheterization procedures. specialists from reputed hospitals, both in India and abroad, voluntarily take a vacation from their jobs and come to Puttaparthi and perform operations for free. The same is true in the case of nursing services.
I understand the convalescent patients voluntarily provide assistance to new patients coming to hospitals, to work. Also in this hospital are maintained in an atmosphere of clean, quiet, serene and divine. We see the power flowing awareness of services throughout the hospital environment.
Project Management : Is it a super specialty hospital at Puttaparthi or the provision of safe drinking water to Anantapur, or to provide drinking water to Chennai in solving problems related to Kandaleru reservoir, all projects were completed in order to meet specific goals on time and cost. How was this possible? I thought about it.
The main reason seems to be that the projects have been attributed to socially engaged project managers, contractors and subcontractors. Project was implemented in a spirit of cooperation, spirit of sacrifice and dedication.
Program Chiefs, the five basic human values - truth, right conduct, non-violence, love and peace, during the implementation of projects. What could be better than a model for promoting the country disinterested social mission of transformation?
