In a dramatic departure from her Golden Globes look, Fergie rocked the Grammys' red carpet with sexy lined eyes and a peachy pout. Golden Globes Gorgeous 2010: Fergie
"Fergie's styling team is very much a team and she is instrumental in the process," says Ronit. "We all come to her with ideas in mind and piece them together (clothes styling, hair and makeup). She is an incredibly creative person with a strong vision so communication is easy."For the Golden Globes the inspiration was Fergie’s lavender, Grecian dress. "When she decided on this dress, I knew immediately that I wanted to use YSL's Rouge Volupté #2 and Golden Gloss #10," says Ronit. "I based the rest of the makeup look around the lips with balance in mind. We kept her makeup natural and glow-y; we love warm, glowing skin because it radiates youth and happiness. Also, as her makeup artist, my favorite part is accentuating her blue eyes with warm tones and a soft lip. The strong brow was a new look which came about on the set of a new music video which we just filmed. It looks great with her new, dark locks and adds a fun, fresh touch."
Perfect Touch Radiant Brush Foundation #5 was applied with the application brush and then smoothed with fingertips for a flawless finish. Touche Eclat #2 was applied to the bridge of the nose and to the cheekbones to accentuate her glowing skin. Rouge Volupte #2 and Golden Gloss #10 gave Fergie the perfect nude lip to compliment her lavender gown. Finally, Fergie's lashes were topped with tons of Mascara Singulier in black.

Sneak Peek: Fergie’s MAC-Over for Viva Glam’s Refreshed Ad Campaign

In 2008, the Dutchess played MAC mixtress, helping to create a special-edition Viva Glam VI Lipglass (pink-tinged mauve), which hit MAC counters in March 2008. This year, MAC is re-launching the gloss, with a brand new ad campaign (peep the old ad here). Apparently, purple is the new red.
What are your thoughts on this feathered-up Fergie?

Deep Condition Like The Dutchess

How does Fergie keep her tresses in top form while on tour? Kim Vo says olive oil is the key.
To deep condition like The Dutchess, spray your strands, from root to tip, with Pam Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Cover your hair with a plastic shower cap, chill for 30 minutes, then shampoo out.Fergalicious.

MAC Viva Glam VI Lipglass: Fergie Lied To Me
A few weeks ago, I told you about the special edition Viva Glam VI Lipglass that Fergie helped to create. This is what she had to say about the shade: “It is a pink-tinged mauve that’s very soft and will look good on a lot of different skin tones — it’s the universal easy color to wear.”
But when I visited my local MAC counter this past Saturday, I discovered that I must be the exception to the rule – because it didn’t look good on me. Pale and pasty are the words that come to mind, actually.
However, I did purchase the regular Viva Glam VI Lipglass - which is absolutely gorgeous. The MAC website perfectly describes this shade as a “warm plum with multi-reflective, multi-dimensional pearl.” Oddly enough, I think that the regular version, and not Fergie’s creation, is the one with universal appeal.
MAC’s Viva Glam VI (regular and special edition) are available at MAC counters everywhere, and on the MAC website.

Fergie Is Viva Glamorous

In October, I scooped you – revealing that MAC had tapped Stacy 'Fergie' Ferguson to be the next MAC Viva Glam spokeswoman. Now here’s a sneak peek of the new ad campaign, debuting in May 2008 (the corset she's wearing weighs 20 pounds).
While not striking a pose in front of the camera, The Dutchess played mixtress behind the scenes; she helped create a special-edition Viva Glam VI Lipglass, which will hit MAC counters in March.
“I went through about 10 shades before deciding on this one,” Fergie said. “It is a pink-tinged mauve that’s very soft and will look good on a lot of different skin tones — it’s the universal easy color to wear.”
Her song, Glamorous, was also remixed as ‘Viva Glamorous’ – and will be played in MAC stores.
Fergie is the latest in a long line of Viva Glam celebrity spokespeople. “I’ve been a fan of the campaign since the early days, and I remembered when RuPaul and Mary J. Blige did it,” she said. “They pick controversial people who aren’t afraid to speak their mind, and that’s definitely me. I’m very proud to be a part of it.”
Since MAC Viva Glam campaign has raised more than $100 million dollars to benefit the MAC AIDS Fund, which supports people living with HIV/AIDS globally.

Got TINte In Pocket

I’ve finally found a use for that useless coin pocket on the front of your jeans. Turns out it’s the perfect way to keep my TINte* Moisturizing Lip Color on me at all times, right where it belongs.
Inspired by the creator’s first gloss encounter, this lip color is packaged in a retro slider tin; but the Shea butter and vitamin infused formula keeps it modern – and non-sticky.
TINte Moisturizing Lip Color is the ideal product for those days when you want to wear gloss, but your lips are begging for a balm.
Fergie fancies Peaches & Cream, while Sarah Jessica Parker prefers Cream Soda. Reese Witherspoon, Drew Barrymore, and I favor the Peppermint flavor.

Can't Help It
I’ve been singing Fergie’s new song, Clumsy, for two days straight. It’s so infectious – I can’t get it out of my brain. The equally addictive video is below. Dean and Dan Caten (of Dsquared) make an appearance, as do some well-placed MAC products. Apparently, the new Viva Glam spokeswoman doesn’t waste any time assuming her duties.
And how fantabulous is the inky nail situation she's got going on?
