The October issue of Vogue proclaims visible 90’s roots as the next big thang. But for once, I’m calling bullsh*t on Anna Wintour.
According to the article, “Slightly grown-out color sends a message of 'I have better things to do. I go to the functions, but I have kid, I have a life'."
Spoiled Pretty begs to differ. A woman spending such an absurd amount of time and money on high-maintenance hair color to send the message that she’s low-maintenance needs to get a life.
